Error description

  • PMWoGenCronTask does not work after applying IFIX 10 for Maximo
    7.6.0.7
    No Work Order get generated after applying
    7.6.0.7-IFIX20180306-1210 Build
    20170215-0100 DB Build V7607-14
    1. Check the PMWoGenCronTask frequency i.e 2, mins, 5 mins etc..
    2. Make sure to have at least one PM due to generate work order
    on that day
    3. Apply I-fix 7.6.0.7-IFIX20180306-1210 Build 20170215-0100 DB
    Build V7607-14 (I-Fix 010)
    4. Wait for the  PMWoGenCronTask frequency to be reached
    5. Check if the PM due on that day has generated a work order.
    Current result: No workorder generated for that selected PM
    (step 2).
    Expected result: workoder wonum: xxxx should have been
    generated.
    This seems to be only related to this version 7.6.0.7 I-Fix 010
