IJ05808: PM ALERT IS BEING SEEN ON SITE THAT DOES NOT HAVE IT ACTIVE AGAINST IT IN ORGANIZATION.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  
  1. We first need to make sure that the organization settings
  are in place. Open organizations, PM Options and a site to test
  with, we will use Bedford for this test. Under the PM Options
  section in the Generate PM alerts, add the APPR value. Press OK.
  
  2. We now need to set up a PM record as it is needed in
  reproducing the issue. Create a new PM record, add an asset that
  is active in our case we used 11400 on the frequency tab, add a
  frequency of 15 days, and set up alert lead days to 10 with an
  estimated next due date of your current date. Save and approve
  the PM record.
  
  3. Now create a new work order in the same site as the
  PM is created in. Create the new work order and add the same
  asset that was used on the PM, save the record. Now change the
  status of the work order to approved, you will see the View PM
  alert information pop up on screen, press cancel. Change the
  status of the work order back to wappr. The
  view pm alert pop up is shown again, press cancel.
  
  4. Change you default insert site to another one, Fleet in this
  case. Create a new work order and any location, approve the
  work order, notice that we now get the same view pm alert
  information pop up on screen when we should not.

Local fix

• One can use a status of HISTORY edit in the organization to
  get around the pop up in the other site.
