Error description

• PROBLEM:  Value that the user enter for Alternate Resource
  Availability with Dates are getting wrong to the Decision
  Optimization Server
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1-) Create one Record over the Graphical Scheduling application
  2-) Add the Work Order Query to push so work to this Schedule
  3-) Make sure to check the Alternate Resources over the at More
  Information tab marked the Scenario Allow and approve the record
  4-) Move to the Graphical view
  5-)At Resource area right click over an resource and go to
  Scheduler Alternate Resources
  6-) It should by defaul load the quantity as 1 for every
  resource related
  7-) Click at the duplicate line and add the Quantity of 5 for a
  Week period
  8-) Return back to the Graphical Scheduling
  9-) Notice the Alternate Resource for this specific work Period
  10-) Create a Resource scenario over the More action menu
  11- ) Run the optimization
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:  The partial value for the week just
  went over Optimization as a Day
  EXPECTED RESULT:  It should send the Week with Quantity 5
  instead of just one day with that.
