    value from ISSUETYP lookup under Work order application
    
    PROBLEM: Maximo allows users to manually type any value from
    ISSUETYP lookup under Work order application
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    .Go to Work order tracking
    .Bring up any work order in INPRG status
    .Click on Actual tab
    .Click on Materials sub tab
    .Click New Row
      -Item: 560-00
      -Storeroom: PKG
    .In Charge Information session click on the lookup on the field
    Transaction Type:
    .You will se ISSUE and RETURN
    .Click Cancel
    .Enter POCOST
    .Save
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Maximo allows you enter manually
    value in the
    field even it is not shown in the lookup but it is a value in
    the domain.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Maximo should only accept value shown in the
    lookup on
    the work order.
