  scratch new row on Asset query the button missing for work
  query restriction
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  - Create some Work with Resources need like the 764Network data
  - Create a Schedule at the Graphical Scheduling Large Project
  application that bring those work orders with the Type as Asset
  or Location
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Scheduling Large Project application
  create a New like Asset and Location
  2-) Look at the Asset or Location Schedule Type
  3-) Look at Asset and Location Queries section
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:  The button missing for work query
  restriction is missing when the type is different from Location
  EXPECTED RESULT:   It should contain same Work Restrictions
  options for Asset and Location type
