Error description

• PROBLEM: Dispatch - Problem when try to assign an Work to a
  Labor/Crew outside of the Default Work Zone
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  - Create some Work with Resources need like the BOS data
  - Create a Schedule at the Graphical Assignment application
  that bring those work orders with Available Service Address
  - Map manager should be enable and Active
  - The Warning option for Work Zone should be active at the
  Organization application -  Other Work Order options
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Assignment application  open the BOS as
  example
  2-) Apply the Street Level Routes
  3-) Move to the Assignment tab
  4-) Select one Assign that contain an defined Work Zone and
  move to a different resource with other Work Zone
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The  BMXAT0786W - The labor or crew
  resource has been assigned work outside of its work zone. Click
  OK to assign the work anyway. Click Cancel to select another
  resource. Warning validation appear but just the OK button
  and as I hit that nothing happens - All works well if I made
  from Work Order Tracking application
  EXPECTED RESULT: It should give the option to the user to
  perform or not once that can cause problems.
