    Pre Conditions
    - Have some Work Order and need of resources
    - Have an Work List for Graphical Assignment and Graphical
    Scheduling Rolling as true
    Steps to Reproduce
    - Go to System Properties application
    - Filter by the skd.gantt.view.snap_to_interval_mins
    PROBLEM: As we are on Tree Grid this property is not more used
    so should be not available
    EXPECT RESULT: The property should not exist once the New
    Graphical View supress that.
