IJ05170: LIFO/FIFO ISSUE AFTER TRANSFER AN ITEM.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PROBLEM:After transfer a item between storerooms there are
  discrepancy between current balance, Inventory LIFO/FIFO
  Costs and Inventory Balances session.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1- Go to Item Master
  2- Create a new item 9999
    .Order Unit=EACH
    .Issue Unit=EACH
  3- Add item to Storeroom
  4- Fill the Fields:
    .Site = BEDFORD
    .Storeroom = CENTRAL
  5- Click OK
  6- Click on view details (expand the line)
    .Consignment = y
    .Issue cost type = FIFO
    .Consignment Vendor = VOLVO
    .Invoice generation Type = CONSUMPTION
  7- Click OK.
  8- Change item Status to Active (In Change Status Window mark
  the
  Option Roll new Status to organizations and Inventory?)
  9- Click Ok
  10- Go to PO
  11- Create PO
    .PO Vendor=VOLVO
    .Item=9999
    .Storeroom=CENTRAL
    .Quantity=10
    .Unit Cost=100
  12- Approve PO
  13- Go to Receiving.
  14- Received PO in Step 11.
  15- Go to Inventory Application.
  16- Bring up 9999 item
    .Current balance=10,00
     Inventory LIFO / FIFO Costs
    .Unit Cost=100
    .Quantity=10
  17- Go to Inventory Usage
  18- Create a new Inventory Usage
    .Usage Type=ISSUE
    .From Storeroom=CENTRAL
    .Click Select Items to find 9999
    .Select 9999 to return on Inventory Usage Line
    .Quantity=1
    .Usage type=ISSUE
    .GL Debit account: any valid GL account.
  19- Save. (not complete)
  20- Go to Item Master
  21- Find the Item 9999
  22- Select 'Condition enable?' flag
  23- Insert two lines in Condition code section
    .NEW
    .REBUILT
  24- Save
  25- Go to Inventory Usage
  26- Bring up the inventory usage record created previously
  27- Enter NEW as Condition Code
  28- Enter any valid GL Account
  29- SELECT ACTION >> CHANGE STATUS TO COMPLETE
  30- Go to Inventory Application
  31- Bring up 9999 item
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Current balance is 9, Inventory
  LIFO/FIFO
  Costs session is 10,00 and Inventory Balances have Current
  Balance 9
  nad Physical Count 10.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Client expects all values with 9 in inventory.
