Error description

  • Prerequisite to testing in OOB system with IBM demo data
    Set up DAY Calendar
    Go to Administration <Calendars
    Recall and Select Calendar=DAY, End Date=12/31/18
    More Actions<Define/Apply Shifts,
    In resulting dialog box, Under Shifts, check checbox next to
    DAY and
    select Apply Shits button
    Leave default and click OK in Apply Shits with Range dialog box
    
    Go to Work Order Tracking and insert new record,
    Scroll down, Target Start Sate = TODAY'S DATE, make sure that
    date and
    time is wihtin work shift as outlined in Calendar above
    Go to Plans tab
    Under Task Work Orders, Hit New Row, Task=10, scroll down,
    Target Start
    Date=TODAY'S DATE, Estimated Duration=5
    Hit New Row, scroll down, Target Start Date=Tomorrow's DATE,
    Estimated
    Duration=5
    Scroll down to Labor sub-tab, Hit NEw Row, Task=10, Craft=ELECT
    Hit NEw Row, Task=20, Craft=CARP
    Save
    
    Steps to Replicate:
    Go to Planning & Scheduling<Scheduler
    Insert new record
    Schedule=TEST, Calendar=DAY EAGLENA, Shift=DAY
    Under Work Queries, click New Row, Data Source=WORKORDER, Query
    Name=My
    work order, Where Condition=wonum='place_wonum_created_above'
    Under LaborQueries, click New Row, Data Source=LABOR, Query
    Name=My
    labor for work order, Where laborcode = 'BALL' or laborcode =
    'LOU'
    Click on Cost and Usage tab<Resource Load and Availability
    sub-tab
    Click on the Calculate Labor Hours button
    
     RESULT: Calc Labor Hours shows too many Available hours for
    the two
    from the Resource/Labor query
