  • create an OS workorder/assignmet  with relationship  assignment
    create and Enterprise Service and add it to the external system.
    manually process the provided XML:

    Message gets processed NO error in a log  but ASSIGNMENT table
    is not loaded. the same process works in 7608 maximo

    Caused by IV96324. I spoke with the developer who coded IV96324
    to to make sure the fix for this new apar IJ04675 will work for
    the old apar.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This is fixed in code.
    
    The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
    package:
