Error description

• Problem description:
  Changes in Application Designer did not take effect
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. GoTo --> System Configuration --> Platform Configuration -->
  Application Designer
  
  2. Open an application design, for instance, Create SR
  (CREATESR).
  
  3. Open the Control Palette.
  
  4. Drag a Section Row Control onto the section below the words
  'Create
  Service Request'.
  
  5. Observe that the application design now appears as if there
  is a
  section within a section containing the original controls
  (Reported By,
  Phone, E-mail and Affected User).
  
  6. Save the application design.
  
  7. Observe that there are no changes in appearance.
  
  8. Export the application design XML and check for the attribute
  REPORTEDBY.
  
  9. Observe that the four attributes no longer appear in the
  application
  design XML.
  
  10. Return to the list view and refresh the list.
  Alternatively, follow
  step 1. and 2. again.
  
  11. Open the Create SR application.
  
  12. Observe that the section is now empty, as it should be.
