• PROBLEM: The Tool restrict Alternative Availability is not
  working
  
   Pre Conditions
  - Create some Work with Resources need including Tools that is
  available
  - Create a Schedule at the Graphical Scheduling Large Project
  that bring those work orders
  - Go to the Scheduler Alternate Availability and for the tool
  line enter a duplicate one and change the quantity for 5 to
  just current day (start and End)
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Scheduling - Large Projects
  2-) Check the Alternate Resource at the More Information tab
  3-) Move to the Graphical View
  4-) Expand the Resource section
  5-) Take a look at the Tool Availability
  PROBLEM: Check the Availability didn't respect the current Day
  quantity
  EXPECT RESULT: The Current day should show the quantity of 5
  instead of 1 (default)
