  Pre Conditions
  - Create some Work with Resources need on past Schedule Dates
  - Create a Schedule at the Graphical Scheduling Large Project
  that bring those work orders
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Scheduling - Large Projects
  2-) Move to the Graphical View
  3-) Expend the Resource
  PROBLEM: As it load the Refresh button still available
  EXPECT RESULT: The Refresh button should be just enable when
  the Change at the Work VIew happen
