  Allocation of Work period change.
  Pre Conditions:
  - The TPAE 7.6.0.9 with Decision Optimization Server up and
  running
  Steps to Reproduce
  1-) Go to the Graphical Scheduling or Graphical Assignment
  application
  2-) Try to run some optimization with low allocation of
  resource or Work Period of 25 hours
  PROBLEM: That will fail and the new model need to be applied
