Error description

  • Opt fails when a partial WP is sent when running spatial opt
    during a 15 minute window during the day. Caused by rounding
    when dividing by resolution minutes, so solution is to remove
    resolution minutes.
    PROBLEM: Optimization fails when a partial WP is sent when
    running spatial opt during a 15 minute window during the day.

    Pre Conditions
    - Create some Work with Resources need
    - Create a Schedule at the Graphical Assignment application
    that bring those work orders and set the Scenario Allow as true
    - Setup the Decision Optimization to be used
    Steps to Reproduce
    1-) Go to the Graphical Assignment application
    2-) Create a New Labor Scenario
    3-) Run the optimization with the resolution with 15 minutes
    PROBLEM: The Optimization will fail to run
    EXPECT RESULT: The Optimization should be run without the
    resolution in minutes
