Error description

  • CLEAR CLASSIFICATION SHOULD NOT WORK WHEN CLASSIFICATION FIELD
    IS READ ONLY.
CLEAR CLASSIFICATION AND CLASSIFY OPTIONS SHOULD NOT WORK WHEN
CLASSIFICATION FIELD IS READ ONLY, it is happening in Item
Master and also ITEM Master (oil) application.

    Steps to replicate

    1. Create new condition TEST ( :status='ACTIVE')

    2. Go to application designer and create new sigoption TEST for
PLUSGITEM application or Item application. (both apps have the
    issue)

    3. Attach that sigoption with condition to classification filed
and ensure there are conditional properties, where for the
sigoption that you created, for EVERYONE security group and the
created condition, the inputmode will be set to readonly in
    case of true.

    4. Give the access to new sigoption for EVERYONE group in item
master (oil) application and/or Item Master app.

By Above steps we are making the classification field readonly
    when status=ACTIVE.

    5. Now go to Item master app and open any item with ACTIVE
status and go to specifications tab.

    6. Click on clear classification. (Classification getting
    cleared even though its readonly.)

Same scenario is working fine in other applications. When filed
is readonly it should not allow clear classification.
