Error description

• Problem Details:
  Each time a failure class record is deleted in the Failure Codes
  application, the number of open cursors in the session
  increases. Eventually the open cursor limit is exceeded; the
  application then displays the message,
  "BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
  the SQL error code 1000"
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  *General condition
  -Log in to maxdemo instance
  -Go To Assets | Failure Codes
  -Available Queries | All Records
  -Click to open a record
  -More Actions | Delete Failure Code
  -Repeat until System Message appears indicating Open Cursors
  Limit Exceeded
