  • Problem summary: License Usage Monitor application does not
    update its list of applications when a new license file for an
    existing product is added.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. MAXADMIN users has MAM/ Maximo  Scheduler/MAHI
    applications' access
    2. In the License tracking monior application,  create a
    license with MAM product.
    
    Also,  create a license with Maximo Scheudler product .
    
    3. after cron runs, admin user having MAM/ Maximo
    Scheduler/MAHI product privileges
    is not shown as a license user.
    
    
    
    Details: Some times new applications are added to new Fix
    packs. License Usage Monitor application does not updates its
    list of applications when a new fixpack is added. So any user
    having access to the latest applications are marked as
    unlicensed use
