• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  report fails for a user who does not have All Sites access with
  error - "The multi-part identifier "inventory.siteid" could not
  be bound."
  
  PROBLEM:
  Maximo adds the site restrictions to the WHERE clause in the
  form of validation against INVENTORY.SITEID but this table is
  not included in the 2 sql statements that are using the where
  (matrectransidDataSet and matusetransidDataSet)
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Log into maximo as a user who does not have any groups with
  "All sites"
  privileges but has access to Inventory application
  
  run the report kit.rptdesign for any date range
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  "The multi-part identifier "inventory.siteid" could not
  be bound."
