Error description

• ****This APAR is needed to complete APAR's IJ02574 code on the
  TPAE side. Both this and IJ02574 need to be present in the

  When moving over to map tab with a linked record, feature gets
  centered, but not zoomed in.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  Open any application with a map tab and select a linked record.
  Then open the map tab and wait. The feature gets centered, but
  not zoomed in.

Problem conclusion

• The property mxe.map.zoomToFeatureOnLoad was add. When it is set
  to 1, the zoom works.
