Error description

  • PROBLEM:
Table header controls missing in Locations List View.
When you query for 200 or lest records in the Locations View
    List, then
click Select Records, if there are more than 90 (?) records,
    the Table
    Header controls disappear.

In my test I used a query and filter to limit to 184 records
    and had
this issue. If I reduced to 86 records, the table header
    controls
    displayed correctly
Tested with 154 records and it was ok, but when trying with 194
(filtered with type = operating and labor) the headers showed
    up but I
received the following error part way down the screen.

No viewer is installed. You can download the Autodesk BIM260
    plug-in
from ISM or you can acquire a viewer from a 3rd party viewer
    vendor.

    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:na

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) go to locations application list screen
    2) filter on the Type column for operating and labor. On my
    demo
    instance this returned 193 records
    3) Click on the "Select Records" checkbox at the bottom of the
    screen
    4) Scroll up the list of records towards the top and you will
    see the a
white section with the following error:
No viewer is installed. You can download the Autodesk BIM260
    plug-in
from ISM or you can acquire a viewer from a 3rd party viewer
    vendor.
In the client's case it caused the header controls to not be
    seen.

Issue also reproduced in Assets application by setting filter
    that
returned 170 records and then clicking on Select Records.

    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
No viewer is installed error message. (BIM plug-in)
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    No error message
