Error description

• In Graphical Assignment when the user manually assigns a
  required assignment to an available Labor, when they click Save
  the Assignment is no longer seen.
  
  I cannot reproduce this but the client sent in a log file
  showing this Exception:

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a Work List in Graphical Assignment (GA)
  2. Go to the Assignment tab
  3. Manually assign a labor by dragging the assignment down to t
      an available Labor
  4. Save
  
  Now you will see the problem, the Assignment you made is no
  longer there.
