Error description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: First we will need to do the set up. 1. Create a new calendar in the provide the name, give it a start and end date a year apart, save. 2. Use the define/apply shift and add a new shift. New row, provide a name and press define pattern. We will use a shift pattern of 7, the start time for the 1st and 7 sequence will be 8: 00 AM to 8:00 AM with a total work hours of 0, sequence 2 to 6 will use a start time of 8:00 AM and End time of 4:00 PM for a total of 8 work hours. Once that has been done, apply the shift to the calendar. 3. Either create a new labor or take an existing one and add the calendar and shift created above to the labor, save. 4. Create a new work order, add a location and under the scheduling information section add a start date, but we need to make sure to use a period that has time against based on the calendar. So just make sure not to use the dates that sequence 1 or 7 fall on as they have 0 hours, add a duration value, save. 5. Plans tab, add a task, add a labor line, associate task 10 to that new line, save. 6. In the scheduler application, create a new scheduler against work order type, uncheck rolling project and restrict work to dates. Add the calendar and shift created earlier as well as the work order number under the work queries section, save. 7. Move the graphical assignment application, use the create list from schedule option under the more action section, add the few needed details, save. 8. Move to the assignment view tab, and rich click on the labor name and select modify personal availability. Change the Display to field, and extend it till end of the current month, select a work date and press modify. Here we want to add work time for a shift that has 0 hours. Select a date in the near future that has 0 hours, place a check mark next to it and press new row, the modify work dates now has a new row. Add the start and end time, and reason code of work, save. We will now see that the for the 0 hours day we have added work dates. Press OK and save the GA record. If we refresh the work list we can check and see the hours are now there for the labor and it shows work time for the date we added it for. If we now move back to scheduler application, refresh the record we created earlier and check the labor there, we do not see the available hours that were added when we were in the GA application
