Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    &DATE& and &DATETIME& substitution variables not working with
    communication templates
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: no
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    Go to Work Order Tracking application
    Bring up a Work Order ex: 6003
    Select Action - Create - Communication
    Enter 1071 for template and tab out (template includes :&DATE&
    :&DATETIME& substitution variables).
    In the message the variables :&DATE&  :&DATETIME& are not
    populated.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    No results for &DATE& and &DATETIME& variables
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The &DATE& and &DATETIME& should be also populated
