IJ00976: RICH TEXT VIEWER IS NOT PRESENTING PROPERLY IN GOOGLE CHROME

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  In Operator Log (Oil) [PLUSGLOG] on the "Log Entry" tab we have
  a table column with the DESCRIPTION_LONGDESCRIPTION  Attribute
  on it. The attribute contains rich text and we use a
  richtextviewer to display it.  When using Internet Explorer or
  Firefox you can see the long description in multiple rows, but
  when using Chrome only the first row shows the description (
  all other rows are blank).
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: no
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Add the following to the PLUSGLOG.xml using a text editor.

  After making the changes the xml will look like this:

  Goto Operations (Oil) / Operator Log (Oil) application and
  create a new example record with multiple log entries with text
  in the details (long description).  Once all the entries are
  done, save the record, exit the record, and then pull the
  record up again.  Scroll down to see the Log Entries and all
  the details boxes (rich text viewers) will show values when
  using Firefox or IE.
  
  Then do the same in Chrome and the details will only show in
  the first (top) log entry.  The others will all show as being
  empty.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Only the top entry shows the description when using Chrome.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  All entries should show values when using Chrome.
