Error description

• A Tivoli Storage Manager running on Windows 2008 is not able to
  break a reservation conflict although the library is defined
  with resetdrives=yes.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  A TSM server trace (pvr) will show :
  <timestamp> [nn][pspvr.c][3510][]:PvrCheckReserve with rc= 79
  <timestamp> [nn][pvrmp.c][8137][]:Reservation conflict for
   <drivename> will be reset
  <timestamp> [nn][pspvr.c][3570][]:The architecture is
   PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64
  <timestamp> [nn][pspvr.c][3588][]:majorVersion = 6
   minorVersion = 0  buildNumber = 6002
  <timestamp> [nn][pspvr.c][3679][]:This is other Windows version
   and lun reset will not be issued.
  
  TSM Versions Affected:
  TSM Servers v5.5, V6.1 and V6.2 on Windows 2008 only.
