Error description

  • Load tasks are hanging. Cancellation of those tasks using IBM
Db2 Analytics Accelerator Studio won't work.
A similar scenario leading to the same effects is
Cancelling load tasks causes other load requests to abort.

Local fix

  • The issue will be fixed with IDAA 7.5 maintenance level 7.5.1.

Problem summary

  • The issue descibed was fixed in the IDAA V7 accelerator server.
The fix became part of IDAA V7 maintenance level 7.5.1 made
available on April 22,2020.

Problem conclusion

  • Upgrade your IDAA V7 maintenance level to 7.5.1 or higher.
