Our e-Invoicing options help simplify doing business with IBM, allowing you to receive electronic invoices for IBM products and services that you purchase.

How it works

We deliver our invoices electronically via Nordea's e-invoice service. Nordea's service is based on the Finnish Bankers' Association Finvoice proxy service, through which Finvoice invoices are routed between different financial institutions and e-invoicing operators.

Nordea has connections to all major banks and e-invoicing operators. Operators and service providers operating instructions can be checked from Tieke website.

In practice, the move to electronic invoicing means changing the billing address to e-invoicing address (Operator ID and Bank referencenumber).

As customer, please make sure first that your company’s financial system is able to receive electronic invoices. You can receive e-invoices through Nordea, if you use a bank or e-invoice operator, which has access to Nordea. Additional information may be requested through your bank or any e-invoice operator.
