Talent Acquisition Analytics Team Leader, IBM
Bing Chun Lin leads a global team responsible for various talent acquisition data and analytics projects at IBM, ranging from global operational reporting to effectiveness analytics to supporting and building next-generation cognitive solutions. Prior to joining IBM, Bing was a Professor of Management at Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, and his Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University. His research focused on occupational health and psychometrics, and he has published several peer-reviewed scientific articles in these areas.
