The Process

What is the process we take to create one of our beautiful microsites?

Start

The initial stage of the process, making base contant with the client and establishing a project.

Start Modal

  1. Internal Client Request
  2. Advocate sends briefing form to client executive if event, sets expectation of time frame for build (10 working days once content received)/sets up initial call
  3. Advocate briefs into Trello through the microsite request form
  4. Advocate tags in Designer and Developer and states if the request is urgent

Middle

The iterative development and iterative stage. Mostly the begenning of a microsite.

Middle Modal

  1. The designers, developer and advocate work in an iterative loop to build out the site
  2. Updates are made on Trello so the team has an understanding of all issues and changes required
  3. Once page is ready to view the advocate will perform quality assurance checks. If necessary sends back to developer via a Trello entry
  4. If ready, the advocate will notify the client via email

End

Applying the final changes to the site, adding some polish and getting the signoff.

End Modal

  1. Any changes requested by the client are returned back to the developer
  2. Once the client requires no furher changes, a designer and advocate will sign off the page to assure quality
  3. The advocate will then assist the client in distributing the page through necassary channels
  4. Once sent out Advocate requests feedback and performs 'wash up'. Metrics and qualitative success factors.
