To download and install TSA please visit http://ibm.biz/TSAdesktop from your desktop computer.

  1. Download the TSA virtual appliance code bundle for VMWare OVA Platform or for Microsoft Hyper-V VHDX Platform:
  2. Install on a new virtual machine
  3. Configure TSA to discover IT devices on your network. You can also set up a recurring discovery schedule.
  4. Configure TSA to transmit the output to IBM Support. You can also set up a recurring transmission schedule.
  5. The initial TSA transmission alerts the IBM Support Insights team that there is a new customer to be onboarded. Contact the team at ibmsi@us.ibm.com to complete the process.
