Dayna Sargen is the managing editor for Trends and Insights at IBM Services. Dayna covers how audiences looking to reinvent their businesses can push the boundaries of possibility and progress. Prior to joining IBM Services in 2017, Dayna managed brand, content, social media, public relations, communications and design for the NewsCred business where she developed and transformed NewsCred’s content marketing strategy with the launch of its proprietary site, Insights.
From Connecticut, Dayna graduated from Lafayette College and NYU Stern School of Business.
