B. Understand how the interviews differ

1. Case Study (30 minutes)

You're presented with a business problem. Provide a solution and share your thought process.
You don't need a deep knowledge of GBS, use financial evidence if appropriate, it's ok to change your answer as facts are revealed, ask questions!

2. Behavioral (30 minutes)

What would you do in different workplace situations?
Use past experiences to form your responses. Frame your answers using the S-T-A-R (Situation, Task, Action, Result) Method. Candidates for certain positions may receive a technical interview.

3. Portfolio (15 minutes)

Showcase your creativity and project work, such as website navigation or user experience.
Highlight a range of strengths and skills, be prepared for questions throughout your presentation.
