Integration of Trusteer into IBM – changes to Business Processes

IBM recently acquired Trusteer, a leading provider of cloud-delivered security solutions that helps protect organizations and their customers against financial fraud and advanced security threats.

On August 1, 2014, the integration of Trusteer into IBM will be complete.

As a customer of IBM, you’ll continue to have access to Trusteer offerings, now under the IBM brand, as well as the extensive IBM portfolio of software solutions and services offerings, while enjoying the high-quality, responsive service you’ve come to expect from both Trusteer and IBM. Most of your contacts in sales, service delivery, support and will remain the same.

We anticipate that you and your organization will experience a smooth transition to IBM over the next several months. During this process, the IBM team and your IBM Trusteer account representatives are available to answer any questions and to address your ongoing software and service needs.
