Manufacturers who wish to provide digital twins on the Digital Twin Exchange will need to purchase a membership subscription to the Exchange for $99/year. What is Digital Twin Exchange Store Credit?
Digital Twin Exchange Store Credit is is a value available to customers to use on the Digital Twin Exchange to purchase digital twins. Digital twin customers must purchase store credit to purchase digital twins from the Digital Twin Exchange. Where can I use Digital Twin Store Credit?
Digital Twin Store Credit can only be used to purchase digital twins from the Digital Twin Exchange.

Where can I get support for a digital twin purchased from the Digital Twin Exchange?
Please contact the 3rd party provider of the digital twin to get support for the digital twin. Manufacturer contact information is available on the 3rd party's store page or in the 3rd party's end user terms for the digital twin.
In the event IBM receives a support inquiry related to Provider’s Digital Twin, IBM will contact the Provider of the Digital Twin, in pursuit of a resolution to the Customer’s inquiry.
