Lars Frelle-Petersen Director, DI Lars Frelle-Petersen has been working at Danish Industry (DI) since 1 March 2018. First as Director of Digitization in DI, and per May 18, 2020 as Director of Membership with responsibility for all industry communities and as well the member associations in DI. Lars came from a position as Head of Department for Public Innovation in the Ministry of Finance. He has previously been Director of the Danish Digitization Agency and Deputy Director of the Danish Finance Agency. Furthermore, he has been Office Manager in the Ministry of Finance and in the Ministry of Science. Positions of trust include the Chairman of the Board of the Roskilde Festival Association, the Deputy Chairman of the Design Society, Member of the Board of the IT University, Member of the Board of Ungdomsøen and Member of the Board of Denmark Bridge. Lars has a cand.scient.adm. from Roskilde University (RUC) 1998. Claus Klint Director IoT, IBM Denmark Claus is responsible for IBM's Internet of Things and Asset Management business in Denmark. IBM is investing $3B in Internet of Things over a four years period. Client partnerships in Denmark include ISS, FLSmidth, Kone, Sund & Bælt, Copenhagen Airport and Danfoss. Claus has held a number of Danish, Nordic and European leadership roles in his 33 years in IBM, including COO IBM Denmark, Business Unit Executive Software Business Partners and Director of Public Sector. He was appointed Director of Internet of Things, when the Watson IoT Business Unit was formed in 2015. Claus has a Master degree from CBS and a MBA from Henley Management College. Henrik Bodskov Country General Manager, IBM Denmark Henrik has worked for IBM since 2002. He has significant experience form the IT and consulting industry -Henrik started his career as management consultant in PWC in 1989 and was appointed partner in 1999. Henrik joined IBM in 2002, when IBM acquired PWC. Since 2002 Henrik has held several senior management positions within IBM, and in October 2015 Henrik became General manager for IBM Denmark. Henrik has general experience in almost all aspects of sales, delivery and general management always with a strong focus on customers, people and new technology. Since 2011 Henrik has been a member of the executive management team of IBM Denmark. |

Nina Nissilä Director, The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) Nina Nissilä works as a director in Kela. She’s in charge of IT and shared services. Nissilä has specialized in customer centric development, digitalization and strategy work. As one of the first things in Kela she has brought service design methods to strategy work by recruiting two strategic designers. Among other things during her career she has built up a customer centric digitalization team called D9 to support Finnish Government’s digitalization efforts. During her career Nissilä has worked in different positions in private sector as well. She has master’s degree in Social Sciences. Päivi Nerg Permanent Under-Secretary for Governance Policy, Ministry of Finance Päivi Nerg is Permanent Under-Secretary for Governance Policy at the Ministry of Finance. She was also the Government project leader of the previous government's preparations for the reform of regional government, health and social services. Before her current duties, Nerg served as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior. Owing to her numerous positions of trust and her earlier work at the University of Eastern Finland and career in the corporate world, Päivi Nerg has experience of working in both the private sector and central government. Mervi Airaksinen Country General Manager, IBM Finland Mervi Airaksinen has been working in IT for 15 years, specializing in business development, sales and consultancy. Previously she was the Cisco Managing Director for Finland and the Baltics. She is the Deputy Chairman and a Member of the Board of Directors AmCham Finland, Board Member of Nordic Morning Group and Digital Economy Advisory Board for University of Vaasa among others. |

Hans-Henrik Merckoll IBM Norway General Manager Hans-Henrik Merckoll is the CEO of IBM Norway, and has been with the company since 2017. Prior to joining IBM, he held the positions of Executive Vice President of Consulting at EVRY, CEO of Telenor Telehuset and Sales Director and CEO of Hewlett Packard Norway. Merckoll has also worked for Compaq, Storebrand, IF Forsikring and THORN, and holds a Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School. She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Technology Management from Lund University Institute of Technology and Lund University. She lives in Stockholm, Sweden. Vahid Zohali Country General Manager, IBM Sweden Vahid Zohali was nominated leader of the year in 2017. At the age of 17 he came to Härnösand from Iran. At 25 he studied System analysis at Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall and then moved to Stockholm where his journey in the IT industry began.. From October 1st he is Country General Manager for IBM Svenska AB. Previous employments are Managing Director Sweden at DXC Technology, Vice president CGI and Vice President, Banking at Tieto to mention a few. |
