Provide each user with a random temporary or persistent desktop experience. The desktop templates can be deployed from the available options with Windows 7, Windows 8.x or Windows 10.

Users get DIY capabilities (FAQs and self-paced training) to resolve Level 1 incidents.

Easily assess non-standard client apps and create new images by performing testing, remediating, repackaging and publishing or creation of virtual app packages.
