Synopsis: Raiffeisen Romania chose IBM Watson Assistant to reinvent their Human Resources department by building an innovative virtual agent within their organization to support their employees in dealing with HR-related topics. Apart from frequently asked questions, their virtual agent also integrates with their internal systems to dynamically provide assistance to employees when it comes to personalized content such as requesting vacation and generating custom employee documents. All the user interactions are in Romanian and all the IBM Watson Assistant content has been trained extensively through the collaboration of Raiffeisen and IBM resources, acting as a single team within a co-creation setup. By encompassing a hybrid architecture where custom components are deployed on-premise, and IBM Watson Assistant in the IBM Cloud public space, we were to achieve a secure and scalable solution to be expanded in the near future to more complex business scenarios.
