Johannes Maurer

Prior to this current role, Johannes was a Sales Leader for Industrial in Germany. He has a broad sales track-record at IBM, coupled with extensive business and IT transformation experience, contributing to his success working with large enterprises, and helping to develop a strong client-centric reputation amongst customers, colleagues, senior management, and partners. As the General Manager for IBM SEE, he will continue the strategy already underway, drive local business ecosystems on their digital transformation journey, and helping shape market opportunities by capitalizing on partnerships leveraging disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, IoT, blockchain and security.

Thomas Francis Anglero
Head of Innovation, IBM Norway

Thomas Anglero is the Director of Innovation at IBM Norway and is renowned for his powerful and inspirational presentations on artificial intelligence and innovation. Thomas has over 25 years of IT/Telecom experience, hosts the popular “Soul of Innovation” podcast, and is well known for his TEDx Talk on artificial intelligence called, “Don’t fear technology, fear yourself”.

Mr. Anglero is a Puerto Rican/American who has lived 20+ years in Norway. He is married with 3 athletic children. Thomas is a level-2 FIBA certified champion basketball coach with 10+ years of championship coaching experience.

Milorad Mažić

Milorad Mažić (Born 23rd of March 1973.) is a Serbian international association football referee.

He became a FIFA referee in 2009. Besides working in the Serbian football league system, Mažić officiated numerous matches in the UEFA Champions League (including the 2018 Final game) and the Europa League, as well as the 2016 UEFA Super Cup.

He refereed matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 2016, 2017. FIFA Confederations Cup (including the final match). He was selected as a referee for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

He was awarded a Silver Medal for Merits of the Republic of Serbia.

He was selected the best Serbian referee nine times in a row.

Namik Hrle
CTO for Analytics Hybrid Cloud Platform

Namik Hrle is IBM Fellow, the ultimate distinction of IBM technical career, the title given to a small number of individuals who demonstrated the highest level of technical leadership, innovation, business impact, social eminence, talent building, … He is IBM’s Master Inventor, Member of IBM Academy and Technical Experts Council. Holder of numerous patents, outstanding technical achievements, author recognition and corporate awards, Namik has a world-wide reputation as the ultimate expert in the area of intersection between enterprise applications and data analytics technologies.

His current global role is CTO for Analytics Hybrid Cloud Platform. He is the chair of IBM Analytics Group Technical Leadership Team.

Achilles Georgiu
Technology Support Services Director at IBM

Achilles Georgiu is the Program Director of MSc in Technology Management & Innovation and the Industrial Director of MSc in Business Analytics program at the Department of Economics and Business in CEU. He is also a Senior Adjunct lecturer of Digital Transformation and Leadership courses at the various MSc programs of the school. Besides MSc degrees in Computer Sciences and Informatics Management, he has around 20 years of international and multicultural experience from the field and ample knowledge of standard IT management and control frameworks with special focus on personalized human motivation, team building and performance management. He worked for several international companies and he is currently working at IBM as the Technology Support Services Director and being a Subject Mater Expert of solution sales and cross industry specializations. As an Opinion Leader, his personal objective is to burn pictures in people’s mind via metaphors and visual stories in order to transform them to future e-Leaders, who understand technology evolution and the adaptation to everyday business environment.

Zoran Hrustic
Vice President, IBM Cloud & Cognitive SW
Central & Eastern Europe

Zoran Hrustic is the Vice President, IBM Cloud & Cognitive SW for Central & Eastern Europe. In the role he drives IBM’s entire Cloud business consisting of Hybrid Cloud SW, Cognitive SW, services related to it as well as Cloud Platform business in CEE.

Zoran has held number of executive positions within the company. Prior to his current assignment he was responsible for Hybrid Cloud SW for IBM on European Level. In this role, he oversaw teams focused on specialty areas like Cloud innovation and Runtime platform (PaaS), DevOps, IT Service Management, API management/Mobile APIs, Application Integration, Business Process Management.

Prior to that Zoran was VP of Analytics business for Asia Pacific. Responsibility included execution and management of IBM’s industry-leading data and analytics portfolio. That included analytics solutions tailored by industry; analytics and data management platforms; cloud data services; advanced solutions and services that combine cloud, analytics and mobile technologies. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Information Management Software Sales, Growth Markets. Previously he held numerous Software Leadership positions, including Software Business Unit Executive for CEEMEA and Tivoli Storage Software EMEA.

He joined IBM Croatia in 1992, where he held various technical, marketing and sales roles. Zoran has worked in diverse cultures and over last 20 years has lived and worked in Zagreb, Vienna, Dubai, Singapore, Madrid and is currently living in Prague.

Zoran holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb, Croatia - Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

Dr. Martin Svik
Chief Technology Officer for Central & Eastern Europe, IBM

Martin is the Chief Technology Officer for Central & Eastern Europe. In his role he drives couple of growth initiatives Cloud, Data&AI and Blockchain. Martin is as well responsible for bringing innovation to clients.

Over his 12 year career at IBM, Martin has held various positions. Martin was driving Enterprise Content Management client engagements and leading Analytics Platform Technical Team in the past. Martin founded and grew the IBM Watson iLAB based in Prague into a world class rapid prototyping team to provide innovation demonstrations to our clients. In parallel, for the past 4 years, Martin has been an essential member of the IBM WW strategy team , reporting to IBM’s Chief Innovation Officer where he drove innovation projects with IBM’s WW top clients.

Martin has MSc. in Computer Science focused on Visualisation and PhD. (CTU, Prague) in Economy focused on ROI of IT projects as well as MBA (Warwick, UK) where he focused on IBM Entrepreneurship.
