The IBM Quantum Researchers Program offers better access to academic researchers, as well as Access Awards for special projects to those with even deeper access needs.
The IBM Quantum Researchers Program is designed to help members of the quantum information science community get research done faster, with access to more systems and larger share of the fair-share queue.
Applicants must have published at least one paper in the field of quantum information science.
You will be asked to sign in to or create an IBM Quantum Experience account before signup.
The IBM Quantum Researchers Program also provides a way for researchers to apply for even deeper access for periods of time sufficient to complete experiments and publish papers. These access awards are geared to those defined, time-bounded projects which require access to pulse level access on more than the 1-qubit system available to the public. Researchers may submit their application to this program with a brief proposal and will be contacted to begin the process of evaluation and approval.
