The IBM Quantum Researchers Program offers better access to academic researchers, as well as Access Awards for special projects to those with even deeper access needs.
The IBM Quantum Researchers Program is designed to help members of the quantum information science community get research done faster, with access to more systems and larger share of the fair-share queue.
Applicants must have published at least one paper in the field of quantum information science.
You will be asked to sign in to or create an IBM Quantum account before signup.
The IBM Quantum Researchers Program also provides a way for researchers to apply for access to a 16-qubit system for periods of time sufficient to complete experiments and publish papers. Researchers may submit their application to this program with a brief proposal and will be contacted to begin the process of evaluation and approval.
