Workplace Health Advisor is part of Watson Works

Guard the health, safety and productivity of your people in a changing workplace.

Help organizations assess worksite and community risk data

A key component of the IBM® Watson Works solution, Workplace Health Advisor is designed to assist businesses in summarizing employee health status, COVID-19 community risk and other data across worksites in a visual command center. Employers can incorporate self-attestation data from employees to help make data driven decisions for re-opening the workplace.

The solution includes a command center analytics application that is designed to assist organizations in assessing worksite and community risk data such as COVID-19 spread and vaccination activity in near real time – helping to identify company locations where conditions have been met to return to the workplace.

It also provides individuals with an employee support application to self-report symptoms and communicate return to work status.
