List of country enterprises agreements

Overview

Worldwide enterprise list of country enterprises provides the following information for each company by country in a worldwide enterprise:

  • Company name
  • Country enterprise ID
  • Country
  • PartnerWorld benefit level
  • PartnerWorld status

A list is displayed if there are fifteen or fewer country enterprises or, you will be able to search if there are more than fifteen country enterprises shown.

Navigation

  1. In the Action menu, select the Worldwide enterprise list of country enterprises link to view country enterprises within this worldwide enterprise.
  2. Either a list of country enterprises or a search option is displayed.
  3. Select the country enterprise either from the list or from the search results.
  4. From the country enterprise summary table, you will be able to view:
    • Company full legal name
    • Doing business as name
    • Company ID
    • Country enterprise headquarters location
    • Status
    • PartnerWorld benefit level
    • PartnerWorld achieved level
    • Country
    • PartnerWorld level summary

Edit properties

Overview

Edit properties allows you to change the properties of the Worldwide enterprise.

Reports

Overview

Worldwide enterprise reports allow you to generate the following reports:

  • Hierarchy report - This report provides details of the worldwide enterprise IDs associated with the profile.
  • Employee report - This report provides details of the active employees associated with the profile.
  • Skills report - This report provides details of the skills associated with the profile.

The output of each report is a .csv file. These reports are available to the APA and allow Business Partners to better understand their PPS data and make it easier to keep the data current.

Navigation

To generate a report:

  1. Select the worldwide enterprise Reports link. When you click on this link, a list of available reports is displayed.
  2. Select the report you want to generate. The specific report page is displayed.
  3. Select the fields you want to display in the report.
  4. Click Download report.
  5. When prompted, select to either open or save the report. The report is opened or saved in Microsoft Excel (".csv").
