Country enterprise reports

Overview

Country enterprise reports allow you to generate the following reports:

  • Hierarchy report - This report provides details of the country enterprise IDs associated with the profile.
  • Employee report - This report provides details of the active employees associated with the profile.
  • Skills report - This report provides details of the skills associated with the profile.
  • Reseller report - This report enables a distributor employee with APA access to see which resellers have selected them as their Preferred Value Add Distributor (VAD) in SWVN or Software Reseller Authorization.

The output of each report is a .csv file. These reports are available to the APA and allow Business Partners to better understand their PPS data and make it easier to keep the data current.

The Work with entitlements page enables you to work with your entitlements.

Country enterprise - Add a Country enterprise

You can click Add a country enterprise to add a country enterprise to the worldwide enterprise.

Navigation

To generate a hierarchy, employee, or skills report:

  1. Select the Country enterprise Reports link to display a list of available reports. of available reports.
  2. Select the report you want to generate.
  3. Select the fields you want to display in the report.
  4. Click Download report.
  5. When prompted, select to either open or save the report.

To generate a Reseller report:

  1. Select the country enterprise Reports link to display a list of available reports.
  2. Select the Reseller report link. The Reseller report page displays listing the country enterprise resellers. Note: The reseller is a hyperlink that displays the full address of the reseller as well as the Product Groups for which the reseller is approved.
  3. Click Download complete report on CSV file to view a complete list of all of the distributor's SWVN and Software Authorized resellers for that country enterprise.

Software Value Incentive

Overview

The Software Value Incentive rewards IBM Business Partners for the role they play and the value their business brings throughout the three stages of the sales cycle: opportunity identification, selling IBM middleware to customers, and software fulfillment. When IBM Business Partners approved for the Software Value Incentive add value to the sale of IBM software, they can earn incentives regardless of who fulfills the purchase.

 

This page contains two sections. On the top section, you can view your Country enterprises that are in Software Value Incentive.

In the bottom section, you can select Country enterprises for which you want to apply for the Software Value Incentive Program.

Marketing information

Overview

The Marketing information page allows you to select whether to publish information to other Business Partners and/or customers about the type of industry, services provided, distributor by country/region information, and general information on your company. This information may be used by IBM to better target appropriate PartnerWorld program offerings for your company and is primarily used by potential customers and/or Business Partners when searching in the Find a Business Partner directory on the PartnerWorld website.

To review Marketing information:

  1. Select the Marketing information link. Information on whether to publish information to other Business Partners and/or customers about the type of industry, services provided, distributor by country information, and general information on your company resides here.
  2. If you need to make changes to this information, edit the appropriate fields and select Save.
  3. You are taken to a confirmation page and given a confirmation number.
  4. Please retain the confirmation number for all future inquiries on the transaction.

Checklist

When completing the Marketing Information, please be prepared to:

  • Decide whether you wish this information to be published to other Business Partners (yes or no)
  • Decide whether you wish this information to be published to customers (yes or no)

Mandatory fields when completing the Add your customer number by which your distributor identifies your company are:

  • Select a country
  • Enter your customer number
