Your IBM Distributor will support you on pricing and will place the order on your behalf.

You can easily keep track of your transactions with IBM Opportunity Management. Register deals you identify or accept opportunities IBM passes to you and manage them to closure.

Price

Systems Hardware: Value Seller Grid Pricing

  • Get instant competitive pricing and place the order with your Distributor.
  • Earn more by selling to new customers, commercial customers or being the first Business Partner to register the deal.

Systems Hardware: Pay for Value Special Bid Pricing

  • Applicable for larger competitive opportunities, only available to the first Business Partner to register the deal.
  • IBM approval of the customer price is needed. Transaction is subject to IBM validation that the maximum approved customer price has been respected.

Software

Software pricing information is accessible via Price files that are part of Passport Advantage/Passport Advantage Online program.

Services

  • Pricing structure for Services varies by country and type of Service.
  • To discuss relevant pricing details, please, contact your IBM representative.

Order

Your IBM Distributor will place the order with IBM on your behalf. Here is some basic information your IBM Distributor will need to process your order:

Systems Hardware

  • Purchase order
  • Product(s) and quantity
  • End customer name
  • Requested delivery address and installation address (if different)
  • Customer Requested Arrival Date (CRAD) - the date the customer is needing to receive the product

Software, appliances and cloud services

  • Your IBM remarketer customer number (as stated in your IBM relationship approval email)
  • Product(s) and quantity
  • End customer name

Services

  • When reselling IBM services, you will work closely with your IBM representative or IBM Distributor, and they will advise on information needed for the specific circumstance.

Manage Opportunity

Global Partner Portal (GPP) - GPP enables you to create and manage opportunities in a single place, and provides the ability for the passing of leads between IBM and Business Partners.
