Early Adopter Program

The Business Partner Connect Early Adopter program ran from September through January and included more than 600 registered partners. IBM collected direct feedback from partners to improve our Watson-powered matching algorithm and add new features to Business Partner Connect.

With the pilot phase over, we’re preparing to launch Business Partner Connect at PartnerWorld at Think 2019. Starting in early February, participating partners will be able to access Business Partner Connect and submit new requests through a personalized dashboard.

Business Partner Connect is open to all Business Partners

Here’s just a few ways Business Partners will participate:

Partners who Resell

You have met the skills criteria to earn an authorization and often higher level credentials to sell IBM offerings to clients.

Partners who Build Solutions

You have developed the skills and capabilities to develop IP with IBM offerings or embed  IBM offerings into your solutions.

Partners who provide Implementation and Integration Services

You have developed the skills and knowledge to implement IBM and complementary offerings.


Partner registration and matching is paused starting January 22, 2019 as we prepare to launch the Business Partner Connect dashboard at Think 2019 (February 12-15). Business Partner Connect registration will re-open to unregistered partners following the dashboard launch in mid-February. Check back soon for more details on how to submit new registrations and requests!
