No, there is an upgrade path from 2.1.5 to 3.1. You can choose an in-place upgrade or you can make a copy of your current Db2 Data Server Manager 2.1.5 installation and then upgrade it without disrupting your Data Server Manager production system. For more information, click on the link below.

Today, you can install on Windows, Linux and MacOS. We are planning to support AIX in a future update.

We have designed the new console to stay as close as possible to the existing Data Server Manager requirements. However you may find that you use about 20-25 percent more storage using the same monitoring configuration you have today. Click on the link below for additional information.
