During this first round table discussion, we would like to discuss the main challenges faced by IT Ops, DevOps and SRE teams, which prevent the scaling of many digital transformation projects. We will start with an introduction for 15min on "observability", done by Jordi Clement, CTO of iWelcome, followed by a moderated discussion on the following topics:
- Have you ever measured the business impact of a lack of “understanding” of your application landscape?
- How does your team cope with alerts overload, and debugging, while meeting SLO or SLA?
- How far are you in setting up a system for automated delivery pipeline and monitoring that picks up automatically releases or application changes?
- What would be the best use for you where AI-powered automations capabilities could support ITOps, DevOps or the SRE teams?

With the implementation of Instana, learn how a delivery company was able to decrease the workload for their developers regarding the monitoring and optimization of all of their microservices. The development team was able to shift their focus to developing new services and features, devoting less time to troubleshooting. With Instana, the company is able to effectively monitor the entirety of their microservices infrastructure build up from many different
systems, all working together in order to create a smooth user experience.
