IBM Cloud Messages for RabbitMQ 3.9: End of Life on September 21, 2023

On September 21, 2023, all IBM Messages for RabbitMQ instances on version 3.9 that are still active will be disabled

This is in line with our database end-of-life policies.

Users are expected to be on RabbitMQ version 3.11. To upgrade, follow the instructions on our upgrading page.
