The Price Match offer applies to IBM FlashSystem 5015, IBM FlashSystem 5035 and IBM FlashSystem 5200 is available against any like-for-like, new storage products (with the same storage configuration to the IBM products) which are available from eligible competitors (HPE, Dell EMC, Netapp, Lenovo, Huawei and Pure Storage).
This Price Match is not available in relation to any other IBM products (for example, SAN, Tape, Software, stand-alone MES, etc.).
The Price Match offer is against a valid competitive quote, no older than 60 days from the time of submitting.
The competitive quote that can be used for Price Match is limited to a price for quantity of five units or less; This Price Match offer is limited to a maximum of five FS5000 systems per any single price match request.
The Price Match offer is only available against the price of a new system or systems that are configured only with new manufactures original features and components. Storage configurations which contains used or refurbished features/components or included features/components sourced from vendors not listed above will not qualify for this offer.
The Price Match offer is not available against used, refurbished or ex-demonstration systems.
IBM will ask for details about the competitive quote in order to be able to provide the Price Match offer.
IBM reserves the right to withdraw or vary this Price Match offer at any time without any notice. IBM is the sole determiner all eligibility under the Price Match program.
