The IBM Innovation Center for Education (ICE) curriculum for Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) and MBA students has been developed in collaboration with university academic teams and IBM technology professionals. There is more focus on project-based learning and industry interaction. This will ensure that students’ work is constantly under review and that input from the industry specialists supports their learning. Better faculty training and a support structure that relies on industry subject matter experts will mean that faculty skills remain up-to-date. The intent is to make students ready to meet the challenges of the real world, so that the technology industry readily embraces their skills and talent when their education is complete.
